I have been Members of the Board, a Committee Member, a Representative and a Resource Person of Union & State Governments, Academic Institutions, Multilateral Agencies, Industry & Academia.
My goal/mission is to work with individuals and partner with institutions committed to creating a platform for exchange of ideas, dissemination of existing employment, skilling and learning initiatives, youth engagement and amplification of youth aspirations, choices and unmet needs to unleash the potential of young people from ages 10-24 years.
To see India fostering conditions and mechanisms to promote improved well-being and livelihoods amongst the young people, particularly the ones from marginalised backgrounds.
I have over 1000 speaking appearances across 110 Institutions, which include, Business & Industry, Government and Politics, Multilateral Agencies, Think Tanks, Academic Institutions, Social & Political platforms, Bengali electronic media and Radio as an Economic & Political Analyst and as a a former Political Spokesperson of a National Political Party in National English and Hindi electronic media.
